How we correct
When we correct a factual error, we amend the article and record the change at the foot of the page, stating what was wrong and what the article now says. The updated date on the article changes at the same time. Corrections are not made silently.

Use the contact form to tell us what is wrong, where it appears and, where possible, the source that shows the correct information. We reply to correction requests.
